More From 2008 Shows....
The raindrops patter softly on the windows as I wake to a rainy day.  I snuggle deeper under the covers for a moment, perfectly content despite the gnawing pain.  For the moment, the world is still.  No one is laughing and swinging on swings in the park or on a breathless and invigorating run, and no one's hair is flying in the wind on a bike ride across the bridge.  For just this moment, I am not missing out on all of the activities I used to love to do before I couldn't anymore.  I pull up the covers to my chin, glance outside at the grey and rainy day, and smile.
